Logistics Consultancy and Advisory, founded by highly experienced senior management experts, focusing on the Greater China Region and China - Europe Logistics-related projects. Based in Shanghai and Frankfurt, we engage in mandates which range from Operational evaluations to Interim Management.

Most recently we have been deeply involved in revitalising GRS (Global Robotics Services) in Europe, part of the GLP family to which also LIBIAO robotics belongs.

Additionally, we have strategically shaped the footprint of Dorictech, a Singapore-based holding company, specialised in advanced IoT-based Logistics solutions.

We also have a long-term partnership with Runbow Logistics, a leading 3PL in Mainland China which is Nike´s largest service provider.
